This is currently everything I can provide as a single person business and the offerings are changing and expanding all the time. All services and packages below include access to my personal lending library. All services have a price except for support groups, which are donation based.

That being said, if you are in need of any of these services and you cannot afford any/part of the price, we will work together to find something that works for us both. Financial situations will not impede you from receiving care or support.

birth doula
fertility doula
my role as your birth doula can include private childbirth education, 4 weeks on call, my presence at your birth, and/or 2 postpartum visits that include lactation counseling and some light house cleaning/meal prep.

my role as your fertility doula offers a wide variety of choices: education about natural family planning methods to abstain from pregnancy or to conceive, help you explore all options for getting pregnant, provide holistic preconception support, and/or help you understand the sometimes confusing information at doctors appts.

childbirth education
childbirth education includes two 2-hour classes that cover everything you need to know to make informed, supported, and empowered decisions prior, during, and after your birth. classes are lgbtqia+ friendly and include a free birth plan template that we will review and complete together.

group class: $55/family
lactation counseling
i specialize in the support, training, and guidance of all lactating parents (in person or virtual) as we work together to meet your goals. whether you're having latch issues, painful nursing, low milk supply, or looking to learn more information about nursing and/or pumping for your little, this is the service for you!

follow-ups or one-offs: $44/session
support groups
support groups for expecting families, postpartum people, and lactating individuals are held on varying schedules. they are all currently held through zoom, but will hopefully be held in person soon!

donation based
lactation class
this is a group class for pregnant or newly lactating families looking for more information about bodyfeeding. if you need more individual support, please consider lactation counseling instead of/in conjunction with this class. this class is 1 2-hr course.
